I am in Europe now and do a few conventions here. I sometimes go back to Canada and even try to go to one or two conventions in the US. Was at Iluxcon last year for instance.. it depends 🤷‍♀️ Not sure I'll go back to the US anytime soon tho.

mail in usually is a nightmare due to US customs alas and costly! ☹️ but with help from the inside, it could be possible.. maybe ? 😅 I don't know about the minutiae of the artwork importation laws over there. I'll keep that in mind ❤️ thanks

shell gold is gold powder mixed with arabic gum, you can paint it ❤️ Applying gold leaf is not difficult btw, go for it. The metallicnproperties if gold make it adhere to anything whether you want it or not anyway .. your glasses, the table, the cat.. 😁

I live in an rv with 2 cats. The creatures and the tiny space are the main reasons I haven't tried leaf yet. I know it'll get every where and one of the little dorks will try to eat it.
One of them tried to stick his face in my ink this past weekend. I swear they have no self preservation instincts.
