Let's be honest here, the government has BEEN shut down since Jan 20. They've literally only taken away services, closed departments, and fired employees. Don't know why the Dems should pretend otherwise.

Nancy Pelosi says Schumer is wrong and the House GOP's CR is worse than a govt shutdown.
