The red states are part of the reason the US is ranked so low. Without the Dept. Of Education it would be worse. Red states budget's are also subsidized by blue state taxes....

So we should keep a massive failure like the Dept of Education with it's bloated budget OR get rid of the Red states to pad the numbers????? That's some progressive thinking. We only care about "our own". LOL
I said neither. The Dept. Of Education just like other things could be refreshed. Red states had to be forced by the government to educate all children equally. Trump could have "fixed" it and he didn't - and because of that, he wants to eliminate it. Argue with yourself. #readingisfundemental
