Correct, the OPM email itself had all sorts of wrong with it on its own as written without the firing threat, Elon's tweets were just a couple of additional screenshot jpgs to add to the complaint for extra fun

Oh and something else....most of the actual action to date (outside of fairly niche agencies like USAID) has been focused on probationary employees, who understandably aren't going to highlight themselves
