as americans we have to actively fight our ingrained individualism when it comes to mutual aid. you may see a post and think “i don’t have 10 or 20 dollars to give” or “$3 won’t help at all”, when $10 from 1 person isn’t necessary where $3 from 100 people makes all the difference. act together!
