That’s great footage. Used to go to Sequins, my mate Ant used to DJ there. Hacketts and Eureka in Blackpool too. Steve Williams was a good DJ, he seemed to vanish by 91/92.

It’s incredible footage. Blackpool was rocking 89-92. First ventured over from Manchester in 1990. So many great nights across the north back then. We were spoilt & the only thing I regret is not doing more

I just turned 15 in September 1990... so I missed out on the actually early "going out" bit, but had decks from 13 and my obsession with all things house began like most around 88-89 😁

Sold all mine 20 odd years ago! Decks, tunes the lot.

Went digital recently too, a controller that I can connect my decks to. It’s an incredible toy, just don’t have anywhere near enough time to spend on it such is life
