It’s just a lower budget kind of story, much more in line with the sorta rambly narrative of road warrior and Thunderdome. Fury Road is a once in a lifetime action spectacle in a class by itself, the other films in its franchise can’t be held to that

I haven’t tried NUKED! but:
A. It cites Knave and MÖRK BORG as influences so it must be good right??
B. There is some incredible talent in the list of credits.

It's hard to compare anything to Fury Road. Compared to anything else Furiosa is a masterpiece.

For RPGs, I still the Apocalypse World is the best in the genre.
