1) Are new additions automatically blocked for all subscribers?
2) Is there a standard or "best practice" way for subscribers (or others) to report new additions to the list?
3) Are there limits, practical or technical, to the list size?

Block lists are going to be a VERY powerful way for us resisters to protect each other.
Its nearly impossible to block them all without group effort.
2) I have a few people curating names for me. You can DM me but I worry that's going to get nuts.
3) IDK but I am now separating my lists by account type. See my lists. I feel this is the proper way to go for transparancy.
