Seeing this reminds me of my graduating year (recently) from uni. Our final project was to design a website for a real person as a group of 3-4.
We had one member constantly try to sneak in GenAI created code that didn't mesh with ours, and couldn't explain *at all* what the code meant or did.

Oh please please i am begging, don't use generative AI for any reason if you can avoid it.
It's being marketed as a quick time-saver, but it's messy, inaccurate, it is putting entire industries of people out of work, and the environmental impacts (energy and water usage) are huge and debilitating.

I wasn't an honor student but... Seeing him use GenAI for the project, and being unable to explain it, terrified me.
