I really feel like JP will bloom when Welbeck comes back, but nobody seems to know when that will happen. Another issue could be seeing JP becoming a slight rotation issue/minutes risk when Welbeck comes back due to poor performances

I'm keeping JP because he's cheap and I don't always play him anyway - hes staying on my bench until the Ipswich game, then I might sell him after that
