Seattle city council is so bizarre...seems to get worse every year too.

This city council is poised to weaken ethics rules for themselves and all future councils, just in time to vote on legislation unpopular with tenants and popular with landlords. (Tenants make up 60% of the council's constituents!) And it will all be packaged as a broad new disclosure mandate.
