OH MY GOD. My lunchroom is next to the 3-yo room & some kid has been throwing a tantrum for 15 min now.
Like, kid doesn't even sound human. Like a wild beast.
Like they're being tortured (they're making kids put on coats).
1) Pay preschool teachers more.
2) Thank Christ I didn't have kids.

Ugh.
Three year olds are some of the toughest customers. They say terrible twos but it’s really the threes.
At two, they say “no” but you can usually redirect them easily. At three they say, “No! And what are you gonna do about it?” 😬
Hopefully, by 5, you can enter into more complicated peace treaties. 😉
I'm prek only
Target workers are making more in CA now. She puts up with a lot of bullshit. The kids are the easy part. Her supervisor treats her like shit on threat of putting her on probation.

I won’t even charge you for the info. 😉
I just hate seeing good people struggling.
I like babies. I like teens. Everything from age 1 to puberty is...not my cuppa.
Know a preschool teacher? Buy them dinner this week. And speak quietly. ♥️
I could not stand it. I'm ready to cut my lunch short because noise really triggers my anxiety.
I just could never deal with that.
And this kid just does this. It's happened before. Enough to peel paint off the walls.
Still miserable for kiddo & everyone within a mile.
