I recorded a setup video for my Obsidian plugin (and Flask server) that has PDF and markdown indexing with the byaldia/ragatouille libraries from @bclavie.bsky.social. It allows you to deselect irrelevant pages/chunks before sending to Claude (for now). Repos below.
