It may be necessary to show birth certificates of the person (birth certificate shows parent names), as well as birth certificates of both parents (birth certificates must show both parents were born in the US. )

Birthright citizenship is a Constitutional right, established by the 14th Amendment. No executive order can be used to override the Constitution. I don't doubt that the Roberts SCOTUS will try to torture logic and law, however ...

I wrote to my governor. I'm pretty sure he and I are on the same page, but the idea of arbitrary deportation is loathsome to me.
