It was never about Gaza, or Hamas. Israel dreams of putting a βgreaterβ next to that name and the first step in doing that? The complete and total removal of the Palestinian people. Whatβs worse than a settler colonial project? A religious one. It will not stop until someone FORCES it to stop.
If it was about Hamas, Israel would have taken a ceasefire deal and actually kept to it several ceasefires ago. You think Iβm clueless and yet youβre the one only looking at this for its shallow nicely packaged face value. But you being a simpleton isnβt my problem to work on.
Folks, American bombs and intelligence fighter jets & weapons have funded this genocide. With more media correspondents killed in this Warzone than any other in the world. This is a genocide and the good people of America need to stand up and -stop it.
Remember, nothing can be worse than if Kamala Harris had been elected President. Iβm sure Trump will make this right. Most likely, the West Bank will become a part of Russia.
To everyone responding with variations of "I hope the protest voters are happy now!", the process of "Gazafication" began under Biden admin. Here's an article from November 2023 pointing that out. Did you notice at the time? Or was it inconvenient since Biden supported it?
Biden gave Israel carte blanche to do whatever they wished. Trump is merely following the same pattern of unconditional support for Israel. Here's another article, from last October, also describing the escalating Israeli violence in the West Bank as "Gazafication".
Instead of using the slaughter and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians as a rhetorical cudgel against the very people who are most keenly aware of it, maybe do some introspection and ask yourself why you turned a blind eye to this violence when it was happening under the Biden administration.
At least 6 times the Palestinians have refused formal peace offers. They have made no formal peace offers of their own. If you continue to oppose peace you cannot complain when you are subjected to war.
Miriam Adelson sought support from candidate Trump for Israel's annexation of the West Bank, pledging more than $100 million to Trumpβs campaign in exchange for U.S. recognition of Israelβs sovereignty over the region

Someone has to hold Israel in check.
And cool how the Dems' seem more angry with folks who were so turned off they stayed home, instead of the MAGAs.
It is the sad. Perhaps if the DNC didn't ignore their Base: things might have gone differently.
