Wowee, the dissenting Judge Hampson is pissed. He does not pull any punches and no "respectfully" in his concluding dissent. The judges accepted a QR code on a postcard from the Republican party that linked to a webpage with links that buried the Supreme Court case as the only notice to voters.

Hampson also points out the two judges published the decision as though it was a joint decision by all three judges and don't mention the dissent.

Also, he points out that the Republicans could identify no voters who were not actually eligible, just data errors, likely the registrars fault.

I seem to remember then Chief Justice Cheri Beasley lost her reelection by 400+ votes to now Chief Justice Paul Newby in 2020. She exercised her rights under NC state law then conceded once those remedies were exhausted.
