Uhm for the snowflake one can always argue it's a very peculiar twinning (synthetic challenge is open I guess), so probably the second?

I went the other way. I think the 6 sided symmetry coming out of the geometry of the water molecule is the more compelling limitation. But the organic molecule seemed 'doable'. I mean, just assign it to an OChem grad student to synthesize.
