So yes, different provisions in design and process.

That’s in America though is it? I was wondering why in UK abattoirs? Ps. Just typed ‘abattoir’ 4 times and it got corrected to anything but abattoir!! Bluesky is sensitive!

If you look on line, as I just did, yes, a superficial study, it seems that abattoirs in Australia are the worst. I am guessing that the more inspections, the fewer infractions in both the US and the UK. It looks as if the older places are the more awful, no surprise. #TheArchers
