i’m not on here to debate, i’m on here to engage. if i see a post, i post my thoughts and i move on, just to later find out the author blocked me. these people are antithetical to free speech.

I mean what else can you do but ignore them friend? They don’t walk to engage with you why would you want to with them? There’s 8 billion people in the world that one anon shouldn’t bother you that much. Find your tribe and ignore the people refusing a connection. All you can do really. Not that srs
it’s going to be this app’s downfall, i’m starting to see why Jack Dorsey left this project and said this was going nowhere. it’s this kind of attitude, it’d be nothing more than an echo chamber. no productive conversations just people huddled up in their own cliques
Productive conversation isn’t the problem. It’s toxic convos under the veil of “free speech”. There is already a site for “no holds barred” thats called X. We don’t need replicas? Why should this site mimic the other and not become its own thing? Do you feel this way about Tumblr? Tik Tok? Youtube?
I don’t that’s what “they” are doing I believe they’re just blocking perceived nuisances and antagonizers.
Free Speech is not synonymous with being owed an audience or platform from private individuals or companies. Lefties said this on twitter pre-elon. And they left when didn’t like it.
Right wingers followed them here for some reason and Ive yet to understand why if “X” is the bastion of free speech and debate. Why flock here where all the “fascist liberals” hang out?
