Just letting you know, you don’t need to bring screenshots of bootlickers from that other website into your bsky posts. Doing so pollutes this site with bad takes from obvious dipshits who add nothing of value to the conversation.
Two things can be true at once. I can celebrate the world being a little safer by losing one exploitative capitalist while acknowledging that violence breeds more violence.
Maybe it makes them think about how they’re screwing over the average Joe and making millions taking our insurance premiums and then refusing to cover the things we need the most. Things that make you go hmmmmmmm
Rather than a moral standpoint, I think of cause and effect. Even unsuccessful assassinations can galvanize sizable groups of supporters to do things in their name and make the average person sympathetic to them. Successful ones can make them martyrs in their eyes.
Another insurance company reversed a decision to limit coverage for anesthesia following the murder. Perhaps it's just a coincidence, but the timing is suss
all those school shootings, Gaza bombings, Ukraine bombings, WWII camps, covid deaths, George Floyd type killings, etc. were accepted, a quick frowny face then back to normal life. but this particular CEO death is gonna set these ppl on a Wyatt Earp tear for justice, interesting.
