Wow....Liz really did want to get off the stage as fast as possible. President was holding her hand and kind of yanked her back. She rolled her eyes a bit. He should have just shook her hand and let her walk off.
Despite disagreeing with her on nearly every policy, I can say she deserved this. She was one of few who was willing to stand up against Trump and do the right thing. She knew it would end her political career, but she put country over party. Congratulations, Liz Cheney.
Congresspersons should not be getting awards for doing their fucking jobs! Liz still supported every one of Trump's reckless policies when he was president. She is no hero.
Lis is still as evil a they come. She voted for all of Trump's racist/evil policies and added trillions to the debt so the filthy rich could be richer. Watching and pointing out Trump incited an insurrection and terrorist attack does not make anyone a hero otherwise the world would all be heroes.
and this is the problem. you have some democrats who think she is a fucking national hero. It's like 1 good thing erases years of crap! (battered spouse syndrome with us!)
The Dems need to get their act together. They did what they needed to fight Trump but now that that is over nothing good comes from lifting up people like Liz.
No one cares about Liz Cheney and her war hawk family. We lost because of her, we needed to swing left not right, and even now Biden can not help himself. omfg
