He didn't do it in his first term and I doubt he'll do it in his 2nd.

More likely he will destroy America who will become friendless in a dangerous world.

If you have cash on hand, stocks are on sale. This is a buying opportunity for people that are liquid. If you are about to exit the market, like say a retiree, this is a bad time for this to happen. Maybe he meant stock prices were going to go down.
