I assume they are found to argue that he was “engaged in activities that were threatening to national security”. As a university that supposedly supports Intellectual Freedom and the First Amendment, Columbia should be defending him. Not targeting him.

I mean, _nobody_ should be disappeared. Not even if they are in the country illegally. The revocation (apparently confirmed?) of the GC for political reasons is orthogonal to that. Though, also evil and unequivocally fascist in nature.
