You’re already hearing rumblings of this idea in Canada and it could very well become a reality as EV owners aren’t paying a gas tax which goes towards road infrastructure.

I’ve heard rumblings here in Quebec that there would be a charging surplus, which is fine I suppose. But I think any other way would be ill advised.
