I miss the vibes that this era of games had, it's hard to put a finger on it but there's just so much more care that you can feel from the look and feel of the game. Back then, you had to work really hard to make games look this good. Nowadays, triple A studios just spam out high res nothing burgers
Well if consoles are an option for ya you can get the game on all the major ones at the moment to play this game at least (Playstation, Xbox, and Nintendo).
Yeah I can't even play it atm, I think it's something to do with how the grass is rendered but where I am in the undercity every time I try to move forward a bit it crashes, there's a fix but I just can't be bothered to do it, I will eventually
I've tried a few fixes to varying degrees of success, but none have gotten rid of the crashes completely. At this point I'm holding out for that remake 😭
I know, right? Most popular old games usually have some kind of fan patches. I also tried running it on an old WinXP PC and even that experienced some crashing. I guess it's just that unstable

I wonder why there hasn't been a modpack for it that fixes all the crashing problems at once
