Different ballpark. Impeachment's not a legal proceeding even though they call the show that goes on in the Senate a trial. That's why Mitch McConnell said that acquitting him there did NOT mean he wouldn't have to face the law for what he did. But the Roberts Court made sure that didn't happen.
