He's the new Edgehill for some,Rico comes into that side 3 years ago and he'd be fine and nobody would say anything but he's playing early on in his career with a different back 4 every game,it's not easy to keep adjusting

Look at stats for Stones, Akanji, Aki, and Dias. Between them missed 48 games. And it’s only Akanji that is stopping it sounding far worse

He's one of our own so has a lot of credit with the fans, more than Gundo and far more than Kova. However that only goes so far, he has been very poor this season by his standards. Very little involvement yesterday and if it continues we'll start to hear more criticism.

Last year he was the best in the PL

He’s just played four years on the trot without a proper rest

Phil has levels no other player has at City

So free pass? For certain
