RACE CALL: Incumbent Common Council president Yanette Figueroa-Cole and challenger Lisa Veldran are through the primary to represent District 10 on the Madison Common Council. It was a narrow race as Figueroa-Cole got 37%, Veldran got 34% and former alder Sheri Carter got 29%.
