i opened a b&w window of mspaint, pasted the sketch there, made the edit in b&w, the copied it back to the color mode mspaint
i had like 3 copies of mspaint open at the same time loool

yeah, but the dithering is actually really consistent - like was it made with a pencil tool painstakingly, and you have it saved as a file?
