The ghostfire frames are collector booster exclusive. Also, based on the numbering and the fact that there's only going to be 10, the theory is that they're the "Japan Showcase slot", which also have modified rarities

There's some examples of small modifications between expansions - Fellwar stone (omit "called") for example, or Spirited Companion ("she" -> "it"), Enigma Drake (omit Kefnet reference), Befuddle (omit Radha reference and Jhoira citation)

but within a single set's variants is uncommon - it's highly likely the gimmick here is that the ghostfire is "revealing" secrets - the additional reference to Ugin in the flavor text, and the mana/aura surrounding the rhino in the art
