Long term storage is a skill. Both for the top as for the bottom. I know true experts that really struggle with an overnight restriction even after building it up with lots of practice. I know it's always a fantasy to be in storage for as long as possible. But fantasies struggles with reality 😅
I think mental is more manageable. Physically is a whole different story. A small bump in the sleepsack, a too-tight fold of the tape, little things that don't seem an issue in the beginning become extremely painful and even dangerous due to risk of cutting circulation or nerve damage.
