This order is aggressive because the judge acted on the pleadings, without oral argument, and with no response from the government.
And it’s only temporary: Until Feb 14.

The government was given until Feb. 11 to respond, but given the aggressiveness, they may run to the Second Circuit or SCOTUS to complain.
