A fun lifehack - you can check what blocklist those accounts are already on, chances are they're on several, and pick one you deem most accurate.

Mostly. I do use Blockeheimer to add to the Drama one if I find a relatively clean way to do that. I also have some scripts to help make adding people quicker, and to clean out old cruft from the Drama list.
