You have to keep in mind that the EU has no mechanism to kick out members even if they are clearly violating the laws and rules which they had signed on when joining the EU.
They could limit voting rights and withhold money transfers but in general, it's one big clusterfuck.

For a quick solution, the people of Slovakia and hungary would have to rise against their little dictators and depose them (best would be Ceaucescu-style), but Fucko and Orcban do also have a strong base of supporters.

Financial aid from RuSSia and probably Musk also helps staying in power.

Sadly there isn’t a quick solution. Both the EU & the UN have left themselves open to russian manipulation by not allowing proper punishment for breaking the rules! 😩
