[Medical trauma]
I did! I probably injured myself more by doing the bog standard, unmodified shoulder exercises
Shockingly, they did not help
Dry needling helped the most. Trigger point injections made shoulder angry.
(Note: I'm not looking for advice on this!)

Currently the main issue is that there is this one exercise I know I need to do for shoulder stability
But. My shoulder makes a horrible, palpable grating crunching snapping noise every time I try
Even with hacks like bracing it against a wall, or the floor
I have tried... So many things for this fucking shoulder
Most recent diagnosis from my previous doctor was snapping scapula syndrome, and advice to stop wearing any kind of backpack or shoulder strap
(I also can't wear shit like aprons if they put weight on my shoulder or neck)
New doctor has done an MRI, a thorough physical exam which set the pain off for a week, and diagnosed shoulder bursitis
And I looked it up (because I double check doctors because of medical trauma), and yeah that really tracks
So now I have the conflicting emotions of like, hey wait maybe if I actually get treatment *for the actual problem* it will help
But also, this isn't even a rare diagnosis, why has it taken almost 30 years for someone to diagnose it
So I'm just kind of sitting with the grief and anger feels for a bit, and probably this week I'll at least schedule with my PT since that doesn't involve a phone call
I've also kind of made a deal with myself that I don't have to deal with seeing a neurologist about my headaches until I've done this round of shoulder PT
Maybe it will help the headaches, even
But also my neuro trauma flashbacks are unparalleled, I can't deal with that rn too
