I'm not sure. So many of the tools that the legislative branch of the government used to use are gone because no one voted in midterms down ballot & no one voted down ballot enough in 2024. We lost the House & Senate. It takes away a lot of power when that happens.🇺🇸

We seniors have to stick together. I have the ability (thankfully) to compartmentalize. It gets to me. I've gone back into therapy to calm down. I can't do what I feel I must in places like Bluesky/politically unless I keep my focus. I use meditation every night to bring my center back. Peace 🕊️

Telling someone who is going thru what you're going thru to just "calm down" is useless. Stay busy, keep focused on your regular activities, talk to people around you about things that are not political. That will help you take back your power.🇺🇸
