Anyone know how Keely Osborne is doing these days? I want to know how she feels about seeing all these kinds of posts and seeing them being supported, seeing the hypocrisy of the left. She was right.
The Trump-voting farmers, collecting untold billions of federal welfare in the form of agricultural subsidies, are responsible for hiring many of the immigrants the Right has idolized as boogeymen.
Farm labor is rewarding work tbh. It does not pay well. And it's hard on the hands (carpal tunnel syndrome by 25, oof).
But it's satisfying to plant a field of seeds and watch them grow, then get to enjoy the fruits (or veggies) of your labor.
I was born and raised in California. The farm labor movement was born there. Cesar Chavez helped everyone to see how valuable the migrant farm workers are.
I look at that as apples and oranges. What Musk is doing interfering with the computer systems in our Federal Govt is one thing. Migrant farm workers who do the hard work to put food on our tables is another.
I find it hard to believe anyone exploiting workers to the tune of $5 an hour doesnβt know that in PA wait-staff are paid $3.xx an hour because theyβre just raking it in hand over fist in tips. Can you even call yourself a capitalist if youβre not inflicting maximum suffering?
I lived in Oregon for 9 years. I was not a gardener until I moved to Oregon. I became one so, I understand what it is to plant & harvest. It's tough work.

You would reach more people, when you add a good description into the Alt-text field.
That is pretty easy, especially, when your image just contain text.
This way, you support visually impaired people and everyone else, who rely on a good filled Alt-text.

Our society has weird standards for a "good" job.
