if anything they did WORKED, not staying true to the source material would have been a petty complaint. but none of it does. it's one of the most inept movies i've ever seen in its budget class

at least the italian 80s sleazo directors worked with minimal budgets and got some things (like 8-10% of the movie?) right, most of the time
