I tend to agree unfortunately, but I believe that counties like NZ specifically made immigration more difficult during Covid to discourage Americans. I suspect this will only become more difficult
Yeah. No doubt :/ the immigration fee is something like $3700. Maybe more of a fantasy to live in middle earth, but if there's a way then maybe it's worth it.
I don't think Ireland has any Elixir companies, but I'd love to be proven wrong. London has a couple of companies based here. I work at Sona, which is remote and spread across European timezones, but there's a few of us in the UK.

But yeah stateside is looking grim. Moving elsewhere in the country is also an option.
