Also just tested and confirmed that the battle effects settings do nothing to reduce/remove the flash. It is always on. 😬

Friendly reminder to be respectful w the new camera emote bc there WILL be other players sensitive to the flash of it so don't spam it or clusterfuck w a bunch of friends to make a ton of them go off together.
