We used to play all of them in college so we just called it Noun: The Gerund. (Which isn't quite accurate for all of them but we thought it was funny and covered the bases. Including MtG which came out if nobody wanted to gm.)
4 player magic always felt a better than 3 player parties in a lot of TTRPGs to me as well, plus the odds of everyone having a deck if they played TTRPGs always seemed pretty good, plus some magic players keep loaner decks, etc.
Buy draft has so much *overhead*, so commander with “yeah, feel free to use proxies” makes a nice second.
Most people playing proxy based decks kinda get a rough idea of their deck and then run with it, and “this kinda works but is not tuned” multiplayer games also captures that magic feeling.
