Maybe. Maybe not. Russia's shadow fleet contains many ships which are beyond their safe operating life.

Lifespans of oil takers are typically 20-30 years, depending on how frequently they are used and how well they are maintained.

The Jaguar is 20 years old and is on its 9th flag of convenience. I doubt it has been well maintained.
