I don't have enemies, enemies decide to have me. But that's besides the point; religion is a drug, and your relationship to it dictates far more about it's "health" than the itself drug ever will. Christianity just wasn't for you. Those fits might be better spent finding something that does work.

I understand the impulse behind being skeptical of religions folks. The person who stabbed me had the full support of his church. But believe it or not, religion isn't the simple painting people pretend it is, and it CERTAINLY isn't the anglo-christian centric strawman you all pretend it is.

Also, just a funny little note, bothering religious groups and insisting they're weird or off is EXTREMELY galvanizing for those groups. You can't insult a religion away, you only show anyone skeptical that the only people who will ever love and understand them are in the religion.

I mean, people can be passionate about a buncha things, and religion is a bit of a choice, but she didn't have the options we have now in that regard, and frankly, religions are cool! That's why we get obsessed with Greek Mythology when we're kids.
