RIGHT, I play Recluse and those abilities are always being used. I MIGHT save a magical cocktail if I know itll be more useful in a second. But the ult is amazing against bosses AND groups of enemies.

I feel like you've given me a game design epiphany. Gamers will always be divided between those who want to perfectly time their cooldowns/ults and those who want nothing to do with that. Surely, there are many in the middle, but suddenly adding cooldowns to a series that didn't have them is a risk.
