Plenty of lawsuits. More will be filed. BUT Trump was elected president (by 77 million Americans); he deserves to have his appointees if they're competent. Focus on those clearly incompetent (Patel, Gabbard, RFK) and don't let Trump's efforts to divide weaken us.
