This is pretty much the standard Republican platform for the last few decades. But at least the old greedy Republicans knew that Russia is our enemy, and America is stronger when interacting with the world.

The Trump strategy seems pretty obvious:
1. Destroy the administrative state & its functioning.
2. Thoroughly politicize = personalize the remnants of the federal state.
3. Cut benefits to the poor.
4. Cut taxes for the very rich.
