Oh yeah, when you call your rep today about ditching the tax cuts for billionaires to save Medicare and Medicaid, let them know how you feel about this plane, and the fact that the law requires that Congress approve it.

The Constitution says that Congress must approve gifts to the president and his family from foreign potentates, but apparently the Constitution is mostly decorative these days.
