I have many! I took cosmetology π«Άπ»
Adding vitamin b complex or biotin, vitamin A, zinc, and iron rich proteins to your diet. Lots of different foods can be used for this. Avocados, mangos, fish, eggs, kale, carrots, sweet potatoes, and many others.
Not using well water or hard water to wash your hair. Using a good shampoo and conditioner that promotes hair growth w/ biotin (rice water stuff is great), wearing a bonnet at night when you sleep or a satin pillowcase, don't put your hair up when it's wet, and don't use heat on your hair!
Foam curlers or wrapping it up overnight for curls, no blow-dryers or straighteners. If you do need to use them, get a really good heat protectant spray to use beforehand.
(This was a lot haha)
Oh, and massaging castor, jojoba, and rosemary oils massages into your scalp once or twice a week can also help. Even if it doesn't actually promote hair growth, it absolutely does add to its strength and shine.
