Some people still have faith the courts will be the balance they were intended to be.These folks are not prepared for when shit really hits the fan, cause this is just a lingering fart of what is most likely coming.

"Oh, good. The courts are intervening" say the people without enough foresight to realize these decisions will be appealed up to the Federalist Society handpicked Project 2025 supporting puppets in the Supreme Court
"While later awaiting execution at Nuremberg for his complicity in #Nazi atrocities, Frank commented on his client’s uncanny capacity for sensing 'the potential weakness inherent in every formal form of law' and then ruthlessly exploiting that weakness."
they're already openly ignoring the courts, accusing them of running a coup, and saying the courts are violating the separation of powers. who knows what the next month will bring
I just don't see how anyone fights this with proper methods against people that just do not care about legality. The sobering realization that our entire country was held together with gentlemen's agreements not to do certain things is certainly a frightening one.
The courts are the tail on the dog, and the tail trails society.
The courts won’t save the country and constitution unless the people opposing the insider threat coup are the vast majority or are on the verge of being the vast majority.
Here’s the thing… if they ignore the courts then it means people can ignore trumps executive bullshit orders. New York judge was thinking about holding him in contempt if they don’t comply. Also that immunity ruling was so vague it could also mean he doesn’t have it.
@aizakkuzs I am not against legality, if you have the privilege to use the courts to fight fascism do it! I also don't want the side of justice to lose, I'm not an accelerationist. I just have been paying attention and am afraid for people only relying on systems in place that are bodily corrupt.

Everything Trump is doing is being slowed significantly, that’s how governments healthily operate.
Crossing T’s, and dotting I’s. It hasn’t even been a month yet.
