again i think it'd be an interesting reverse of water 7. he'd feel bad if sanji becomes stronger than him, but usopp?? but i think sanji will be involved too, since sanji doesn't want the strength if it comes from his enhancements. idk if oda will do that but would be interesting

damn tho this chapter's so interesting to me just for character interaction though, i want more of it. i feel like we haven't seen luffy and zoro really interact in a while, other than here and there in wano. i do wonder how much of elbaph is based off notes from like, skypeia

refreshingly kind of old character writing, though i don't feel like they've backtracked on development or anything. but i do think a lot of this has been planned for a while, before the manga got so sprawling (which is also not a bad thing)

also it'd be funny if sanji is like i told you to stop enabling luffy?? and zoro is like, i tried to stop him. and he really did, unpleasantly. but he doesn't get believed
